Highly recommend for anyone who has gotten into an accident. I was hit by an impaired driver and Brett did a fantastic job getting my settlement. He went above and beyond to help me and made a very stressful time a lot easier for me. It was a very frustrating process to deal with my insurance company but Brett did an amazing job explaining every step of the way to me and kept me informed with every little detail. Not enough stars!!!! I was injured at work. After my maximum medical improvement came back with work restrictions I was terminated. Thank God for Steffanie Stracke. I called her on the phone and had over a 30 minute conversation with her and she explained in great detail each and every option I had. She was very patient and answered all of my questions. At that point we met in her office, I handed her the reins,she took the paperwork and went straight to work. Stephanie was honest with me upfront and in contact with me throughout the entire process.I always knew where we were in my case. I knew upfront about how long this would take to complete and I gave her the patience it took for her to do her job. And boy did she do her job. If you’re ever injured on the job,this is your Rockstar. Steffanie is professional, honest,smart, detailed and driven. Steffanie protected me from being took advantage of and changed my life.
