This firm ultimate fulfilled the job they were hired to do, but communication with attorney Michael Rapp left a lot to be desired. He seemed way more concerned with being impressive than actually conveying relevant information. Communication from the firm's paralegal however was prompt, clear and concise. I don't think this firm could stay afloat without her services.
