This place is scandalous. I called to merely get information. I was transferred to a female lawyer who told me to tell her about my case. She didn’t even let me finish before she cut me off to say they won’t take the case. She also confirmed they handle little to no malpractice cases so I asked why they appear at the top when searching malpractice lawyers. I told her, if you don’t handle malpractice then that is misrepresentation of services. She really got upset and hung up on me for merely making a comment. She also confirmed they only take cases where they KNOW a settlement is coming. I’m more concerned with the level of disrespect from this office. Even their receptionist was ignorant. What kind of law office is rude to people? Lawyers are NOT allowed to misrepresent their services or mislead people in any way. Those google results are more than misleading, it says ‘we handle these type of cases’ when I’m reality they do not. As a software developer myself I know this was done on purpose. I know exactly what is needed to appear in google search results. They would not appear in malpractice results if they did not put it in their title or headers on their pages. They clearly have malpractice somewhere with in their website either in a title element or headers. Google literally scrapes the pages for such data lol.

Angela receptionist very rude and did not have a feeling of understanding and compassion with speaking with her. She seems to not like her job in customer service.

Carl Mueller was excellent. He stood up to the work comp insurance and got both surgeries I needed. I was always able to contact him with questions or problems that had arisen any time during the 2 years. He fought and and I received the monetary damages I deserved. I would recommend Edelman & Thompson to anyone.

I cannot more strongly recommend Edelman & Thompson (specifically Mr. Ron Edelman himself)! I initially had submitted an online contact form on the E&T website when my husband was injured in a workplace accident. Within 20 minutes of submitting the contact request (while we were still in the ER), I was speaking on the phone with Ron. His quickness to connect initially was hugely appreciated as we were so lost and scared. During the initial consultation, Ron answered every single one of our questions with helpful detail and was also compassionate to our concerns and worries. Ron's experience in the work injury realm and specifically with my husband's (now former) employer truly stood out to us throughout the entire process. Ron was quick to respond if we had questions, even willfully accepting and scheduling calls during the evenings and on weekends! These experiences and interactions were a true NIGHT AND DAY difference compared to a previous workers comp claim my husband had a few years ago. I’m hopeful that we never need an injury attorney again, but if we do then Ron will be our first and only call. Edelman &Thompson, Keith Yarwood in particular gave me my life back after a long road battling workers comp insurance and Employer. My quality of life was very poor after my work injury, Keith Yarwood never gave up. He got me the medical treatment I so desperately needed and now we’ll on my way to recovery and having my life back. A very strong advocate for their client, they know their stuff.
