Lack of communication with clients concerning court dates, fees, and legal process. Lack of communication between staff and properly noting accounts. Being told a different story by everyone I speak to at the firm. Not consistently answering the phone or getting back to clients after messages are left. Funds being lost and or misplaced and accounts not being properly noted. No accountability for mistakes made by firm just a lot of excuses.
