Really smart lawyers!

I don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience in dealing with Michael Foster. Our case was technically complex and we needed our legal team to invest themselves in becoming experts in an exotic corner of semiconductor technology. Mike absorbed every detail with great efficiency. Within a very short time, he was speaking to our engineers in their language. We couldn't have hoped for a better partner in dealing with our issues. Mike navigated us through the legal storm and handed us a historic victory which flat out saved our company. Mike is an asset who gives his all as a matter of routine. He's fully present when you talk to him and he answers the phone when you call. If you're looking for someone to be your legal voice and you have a chance to get Mike, do it and don't look back. You'll never regret the decision.

Over the last few weeks I have had the opportunity and pleasure of communicating with Brian and Michael in regards to a business dispute. They made a tremendous effort to listen very carefully to my situation, and to do the research needed to form an educated (and experience based) opinion on the subject matters. Mr. Reynolds and his outstanding team provide the finest in legal representation when you are going thru what may be one of the worst seasons of your life. My case was complicated by custody issues, abuse allegations and my own health issues. I was given realistic expectations at the initial consultation. Everyone Mr. Reynolds employs knows your case, so you never feel left hanging. I was kept up to date as things progressed. What sets Bud apart from other divorce lawyers include his wide knowledge of the law, his calm litigation experience, and his ability to give you the proper advice. Advice you can trust. He is a brilliant man and you may not realize it until well into your case because he is soft spoken. Don’t be fooled. He will protect you, your children and your interests very well.

I am an attorney practicing primarily in high conflict divorce and custody litigation. When I had the unfortuntate life experience of going through my own difficult divorce, I immediately remembered the Abraham Lincoln quote "Anyone who represents himself has a fool for a client." Although I am an expert in family law, I knew that my own emotions would prevent me from representing myself well. I chose Bud to represent me because 1) I've had many cases against him and he is a worthy opponent 2) he knows the law 3) like me, he focuses on applying the law to the facts, not "tapping in" to his clients' emotions and billing fees on emotion driven but ineffective litigation strategies and 4) I know him as a friend outside of the law and I like his character. Although he is technically one of my "competitors", if I have a conflict that presents me from representing a potential client or I am contacted by someone getting divorced in Kansas (I am not licensed in Kansas), I refer him or her to Bud.

I used Bud Reynolds for my divorce recently. He and his staff did an AMAZING job! It was quick, professional, and as relatively painless as a divorce can be. I felt that he understood my objectives and was able to execute. I highly recommend him!

I remember sitting down in Bud's office as I was just about to go through one of the most difficult periods of my life. As a dad with 2 young kids, I was nervous and under a great deal of stress and anxiety as to how this was all going to go. Bud was referred to my by a mutual friend. I knew within 30 seconds of talking to him I was going to hire him. Bud was ahead of the game and handled every step of my divorce perfectly. He is very personable and was genuinely concerned about me throughout the process and frequently checked in on how I was doing. To me, that is a very unique trait for an attorney. I could not recommend Bud highly enough.

Ex-wife felt entitled. I saw it differently. William Reynolds was referred for council. Called and briefly explained situation via voicemail. Received call back within minutes. Set up appointment for next day. Hired the man. He wrote the most well written letter to my ex-wife demanding what she was to do and THEN sent a letter to my ex-wife's attorney explaining to her how he was going to destroy her in court if she didn't advice her client to do what he demanded. This guy ROCKS!

I had to use Mr. Reynolds to handle my divorce. I found him to be honest and direct. He did not always tell me what I wanted to hear but in looking back he told me what I needed to hear. He very much counseled me throughout the process and gave me good representation. I have referred a number of friends and family to him and he has taken as good of care of them as he did me.
