Everything settled without leaving home

I did not feel like going to court for a no insurance ticket (I had insurance) someone else got the ticket and used my name, long story, but I contacted this office and they were prompt in addressing my concern. I dodged this warrant for 10 years and felt like it was time to address it, they had the warrant removed immediately & the ticket dismissed within 2 days of me contacting them. I did not have to appear in court. Everything was smooth and simple. I will refer everyone I know!
