Trevor (owner) is so full of it his eyes are brown. Full disclosure, my husband got a DUI among other charges and it was caught on video. Trevor took the case and told my husband he can't legally tell him that he would get him off, but heavily implied that our almost $4k would do the trick (I heard the entire conversation). Another thousand dollars later Trevor told my husband that if we paid that next $1k, out of the bond from my husband's arrest, that it would all get dropped down to a 2 point speeding ticket, he would get 2yrs unsupervised probation, the DUI would not be reported and his CDL would remain untouched. His CDL has since been revoked for one year and that information will be reported to the clearing house. When confronted Trevor back tracked and said that he told my husband that "he would do his best to protect the CDL" and "it depends on the court if the DUI will be reported or not", none of that was discussed with my husband as my husband would have chosen to take our $1150 refund from the bond and let his CO license go since he's now in MO. Why pay more money if the CDL is already toast, right?? To top if off, I call almost 2 months later after going round and round with Trevor's lies to inquire about why the CDL is revoked and why the remainder of the bond money has not been returned to me and he tells me I have to call the court because his office didn't handle the transaction to pay the fines with the bond money. But I had been told twice by one of Trevor's associates that they would send out the check once the case closed and even took the time to update my address in their system so THEY could send it to me. Not only is he a liar, he's disrespectful. He took over a month to contact me back and then proceeded to raise his voice as if he was the one wronged by me. Throwing my husband's actions around as if he doesn't make his entire living by defending criminals. I 100/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. He not only lies to get his clients off (typical lawyer) but he lies to his clients and isn't man enough to admit it. Coward. Flake. Liar. Cheat. If you're going to hire this firm (WHICH IS NOT RECOMMENDED) download an app to record every call and record your conversations on the low when in person. Because if you don't Trevor will lie and twist everything around on you, all while pocketing your money. Can't wait for the response trying to 'slam' my husband and twist this all around. My husband shouldn't have been driving drunk, someone very near and dear to him died that day. It wasn't a healthy coping mechanism he ran because his CDL provided for our entire family and we had to hire a lawyer for help. That lawyer lied and instead of admitting that he didn't tell my husband that more money wasn't a guarantee that his CDL would remain intact, he showed his true colors, became nasty and indignant and lied even further. I hope this saves some of you the hassle of dealing with such an uncaring, selfish and self absorbed individual. Everyone EXCEPT Trevor Ferguson, have a wonderful day!
