We went through the details via phone and they got on my case immediately. They were communicative throughout the process and did a great job negotiating my settlement. Garret is my lawyer it’s been over a year since my accident and I’ve received no compensation. Communication has been horrible. The only ones to answer my calls are the assistant and they always have very limited knowledge/answers for me. According to them the settlement could be delayed indefinitely due to a passenger in the at fault parties vehicle refusing to respond to settlement offers. Quite the loophole. Passenger was the child of the at fault driver so no agreement equals no insurance payout equals no insurance increase.

Great this is the best law firm in Kansas City. Everyone was kind and very professional.

My son was involved in a rollover accident in which he was not the driver. He was one of three passengers and the only one who end up having to go to the emergency room by ambulance. When it came time to get help from the driver's insurance company they denied him any payment and that's when I decided to call Dipasquale Moore. And I'm glad I did because they were able to get all of my son's bills paid and actually get him much more than what the insurance company originally said that they were going to give him before they recanted.
