I had a fantastic experience with the firm. I worked with Mike Probst, who was awesome, kept me aware of the status of my case, was available to me by personal phone at any time, and checked on me and made sure I was doing ok after the car accident. He made me feel like he really cared, and aside from the legal aspect of things, Mike cared if I was doing ok. What a great guy. I cannot say enough good about everyone who is part of the team! And when I went to pick up my settlement check, I had the pleasure of meeting Drew Ward, who was so personable, we sat down and chatted like we were old friends. He reminder me of my adult sons, probably close in age, didn’t rush me, explained the settlement, and was just kind and engaged. I told him I wanted to work there as there is such a good vibe and great culture happening in those offices! And just to add to the great experience, their offices in Westport are beautiful! Modern and sleek! I recommend this group if you ever should ever need their assistance. Professional, and you will FEEL how much they care.

I was under the impression that the lawyers would have taken my case to the jury trial. That did not happen, and I was left with no choice but to accept the deal. The deal that was less then three times my medical bills, and after the medical bills were deducted from the settlement I received less money then the lawyer did. Not happy at all. It seemed they were interested in quick settlements and that is all. Never using them again.
