I was broken with the loss of my daughter, confused on what I should do or where to turn for answer's finding myself alone feeling like there was nobody that could even begin to help me process my loss.Drew knew exactly what needed to be done and how to find the answer s I needed to put the peaces together so I could start making sense of what happened. Moving forward and trying to heal from my loss now understanding what happened I could definitely know witch way I needed to proceed. Personally, it was a waste of my time. I was rear ended the month of October and didn’t receive a settlement check until April. Drew Ward was my attorney and he was terrible at communication. He didn’t even know if I had insurance or not and waited to ask after already receiving an offer from the insurance company. Also sent me a Lost Wages form to fill out AFTER I received an offer. The insurance company settled with me for close to $20,000 I went home not even with $7,000. They take 40% plus “fees” and you payback the the spinal rehab place they send you to for treatments. They prolonged it even more saying the were “trying to get the liens reduced” I personally don’t believe. They don’t even provided paperwork on anything until your check is cut. Literally, almost no communication throughout this entire process until March. They use an “888” for everything. I couldn’t went somewhere else and got more money and way faster. Not to mention if you don’t have insurance they won’t assist you with the property portion. I filed a property claim myself and got more money than they gave me with the injury claim. What a waste of time.

The Team was great and worked hard to help me recover benefits that I didn’t know I was eligible for. I wish they would have been a little better at instigating updates, but they responded promptly to my phone calls and inquiries. Thank you to the DM Team!!!

The whole team was great. They listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond that. They worked hard to get me what they thought was fair and never stopped working for me. I would recommend to my friends.

I had my own opinions at first cause they lawyers, everyone knows what I mean. But they assigned us Mr. Watson as our rep an he kept us informed all the way threw our processes. Told us every option we could take. Explained the pros an cons of each. An we ended up with a settlement larger then we were told we were getting. All medical bills, car, an settlement in less than a year. If we ever need services again they will be the ones we call.

Dave Johnson and Garrett Tucker we’re AMAZING! I was in a car accident and every law office I called to take my case said I had to wait months before they would even talk to me. Garrett came to me house two days after my accident DURING Covid and talked to me and took my case immediately. Dave was my attorney during the rest of the law suite and he was great at his job but also making me feel like I was actually in control of my case. He treated me like a person and made one of the hardest times in my life so much easier and manageable! He had great communication with me about everything. I 100% recommend him to everyone and anyone!!
