Attorney deserves 5 stars for his performance negotiating with insurance company. I will give you a heads up, lawsuits move slow so temper your expectations but once the evidence is collected and the firm receives the bills from the hospital, they moved pretty fast in collecting a settlement. They also make it very easy for the client, very little of your time is taken and they do all the legwork for the case.... Which is why they take a sizable cut. They do however earn every cent of their cut of the money as they do pretty much all the work.

In late November I was walking through the parking lot to drop off a package at UPS and a long piece of rhubarb was sticking out of the ground and I tripped over it in split my toenail in half. Got on this case very quickly and very happy with the results I got with them.
