I came to Dipasquale Moore after I was involved in a car accident. Brian Tadtman was my lawyer and he was amazing. Brian kept me up to date on my case every two weeks, answered any questions I may have had and cared deeply about my treatment. He was ver professional and responsive. Caveat: My experience occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic. That being said, this was a simple slip & fall due to uncleared ice and snow, occurring at my apartment complex in Johnson County. I had broken my tibia and fibula in my ankle, which resulted in surgery and rehabilitation. After the facts of the case were reviewed by DiPasquale & Moore, they accepted the case and we retained the firm in January 2020. My case was assigned to a lawyer in their firm and her paralegal. Over the next 9 months of virtual silence, I made no less than 30 phone calls to get a status on my case, with little communication from them. On the rare occasions when I did speak with them, they repeatedly said they’d heard nothing from the defendants nor their insurance carrier. They were very passive. In September, I received notice from DiPasquale & Moore that the apartment’s insurance company finally notified them, and that they refused to pay for my expenses or settle my case. At that point I was advised that they (DiPasquale & Moore) declined to file suit, and were releasing me from their retainer. I could go find another attorney. If this is the kind of treatment and/or results that you anticipate when retaining a law firm to help you resolve this type of claim, then you won’t be disappointed. I’ve since found another attorney who returns my phone calls and keeps me abreast of what is happening, as well as what it’s reasonable to expect, in terms of an outcome. There are many such firms in the metropolitan area. Research your choices before you sign a retainer.

Great office and great attorney! Ryan Watson was great and very easy to work with. Very responsive and took care of everything in a timely manner. Highly recommended!
