After I got injured a friend Andrea James referred me to her attorney and I was then referred to your law firm. My initial conversation and phone meeting was very helpful and very informative. The communication and correspondence with Janelle through out my case was not so much helpful. I might have something to do with the miscommunication but I feel my workman’s comp case was not handled properly and dragged out too long especially Care Now has not been helpful at the end. I will still refer people to you because different cases have different outcomes. I appreciate everyone helping me in the process.

Never would have thought that I would have to argue with my hired attorneys more than once the insurance company. DM was not concerned about getting full reimbursement for my health providers. More concerned about reducing the paid medical bills settlement amount than providing full reimbursement.

After 8 months of trying to get a law suit started against the city. A letter was received from the law offices saying they could not represent the family. Injuries have caused loss of wages, need for surgery, and cost of car damages. Just no true explanation of why

I’m reporting them to the BAR and the BBB! They will keep your money and they will not answer phone calls. My husband and I Was referred by a family member. We will never got to them again! They are a joke and they lie. It’s more of a hassle to get answers and for them to do their jobs then it is to go directly to the source.
