Thank you for your help and being patient with me through my anxiety

My first review was deleted, such an unprofessional firm. They didn’t even try to investigate my case and never asked me before the settlement. Looks like they worked for the insurance company and not for me. The lawyer sent me to a chiropractor who delayed my treatment and hurt me more. It was the worst experience ever.

i received a very small settlement for my injuries, they were bad in follow-ups, returning calls. their intake interview lady is evil and i would NOT recommend them at all.

This firm has sent several clients of theirs to our office to receive medical care for their injuries. These clients have completed treatment successfully and received their settlement and we have not been paid as promised. For over a year I have been attempting to contact paralegals, attorneys and the attorney’s higher ups countless times and have never once gotten a call back. Not a single call returned. I am absolutely dumbfounded. Physicians beware! This firm will not pay you. This firm will ask for you to take a cut out of your charges to line their own pockets. This firm will send you patients but let their clients walk away with your hard earned money.

Drew Ward is an absolutely horrible attorney. The amount of times he lied to me is un-countable. I am not wanting to use this firm in the future due to him alone. I’ve used this firm in the past with great success. He is nothing but a liar and should have his license revoked! I will try my best to report him further. I will say he closed one case with “good results” drew is what I would now say a weasel. I cannot believe this firm has drew ward employed. Absolutely a horrible lawyer. I can’t believe I dealt with this child for over a year. The upper management has been absolutely zero, and I mean zero help. The kcmo office needs to be gone thru and people fired. Drew ward your a horrible lawyer and need to go back to school.

My experience, I was in a wreck the other driver was liable for a head on wreck 2-6-23, couldn't never get a hold of AM my attorney, his response his case worker quit,He gave me another # that went to voicemail 90% of the time,It seemed to me I was fighting my attorney and American Family's attorney, hell I don't know if he ever called them with my demands,they won't go to court ,only 3% of personal injury cases go to court.I never got a break down of funds I asked for ,long story short they were mailed a settlement check 02-21-24 and I finally get a call today after 8 calls that went to voice mail that says I'll get my money in 45 day lol,I asked why, they said there was a couple things they're waiting for but couldn't tell me what they were when I asked them 3 times.So here's the breakdown $14,000 settlement ,Their cut 40% or $5,600 then liens without a breakdown of funds you just dont know where your money is really going,they'll try to take your pip if your from ks,see with them it's quantity not quality, I should have used an attorney from town because they have to work in that town, you can go see them and they want to keep a good reputation, hell they'll take your case for 25 to 30 % not almost half with no way to see billable hours , when you run a commercial about a football career that never came to fruition 24/7 your looking at probably 7 figures a month and that's coming from settlements most likely, I'm just saying take your time and find a home town Attorney you can actually see and go to there office you'll be alot happier, we're not talking about a life changing amount of money just morals,scrupels, and honesty, This company misses all 3, once you sign that settlement you'll really get ghosted..
