Very disappointed with this firm. Advised us they would only represent us on injury claims arising from accident AFTER having us sign retainer agreement. Claimed just their representation would result in insurance company handling repairs in a timely manner. Provided them with photos, report numbers, and sufficient evidence to prove accident was result of unsecured oversized trucking load yet they failed to obtain records, failed to do due diligence. Repeatedly had us obtaining records and information for them. After dragging process out for months, they stopped representation because injuries were treated on scene by EMTs.

Highly disappointed on every level . From communication to face to face interaction.

Terrible communication and very rude. I could not recommend them at this point.

I hired them on a dog bite case The attorney that they put me with has not done hardly anything hasn't contacted me himself in over a month to let me know what is going On If they took pride in their cases they would have contacted me and let me know what is going on

I didn't feel like they fought for me

My case was first assigned to attorney Magi Rodriguez who was non-responsive and non-communicative. Never spoke to her once. After about 30-45 days, I called the office. Got nothing. Texted paralegal and was then notified that Rodriguez was “not with the firm any longer”. I asked the paralegal the status of my case, she reported it was reassigned. I was not notified of these changes until I contacted DiPasquale Law firm about the inaction and lack in of communication as it pertained to my case. Long story short, the ball was dropped in my case. Everyone else got paid (medical and legal) but me for my personal injury. I could have represented myself and got a fair settlement. Note: Attorney Blaine Dickeson informed me on a conference call right before the Christmas 2023 holiday that “DiPasquale firm did not need my case to keep the bills paid at their firm”. This remark was unnecessary and crass. I retained DiPasquale legal representation late April 2023. They did not demand an offer until November 2023. Here we are in January 2024. Bottom-line: DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: I was rear-ended and the other driver was 100% at fault.

At first the team seemed to make me feel my needs were priority. Within a short time I wasn’t able to get a hold of the lawyer that was initially working the case. Then I found out months later she quit and so someone else was taking over. I was making sure that whatever documents the lawyer needed I supplied. I was doing my therapy as told and followed everything by the book that the team needed. I was in an MAJOR ACCIDENT and was UNABLE to work for 4 months. After the lawyer was negotiating with my insurance she told me that I wouldn’t be able to get reimbursed the lost of time working because I never received a doctors note stating that I couldn’t work. GRACE and her team NEVER RELAYED any of this information to me. I was FURIOUS. This was something that could’ve been relayed to me at the beginning of the process. This was a huge BLOW to me and my family. I have BILLS UNPAID after four months of NOT WORKING. I was always asking what they needed. I have never been in an accident like this before. For the law team to not even mention the doctor’s note, and in turn I got DENIED that pay from insurance for the time I wasn’t able to work, is INEXCUSABLE. The law team should’ve been more communicative with me about the details. GRACE and HER TEAM was paid OVER $15,000 from my insurance while I received a minimal amount and that DIDN’T even pay half my bills. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND this firm to anyone after the HORRIBLE experience I had. The accident has still FINANCIALLY RUINED me and my family.

On June 6, 2023 my husband was rear-ended and contacted Mike Di Pasquale law firm. From the beginning we could not get the law firm to return calls. The hospital emergency bill was not included in the settlement. My husband received permanent in juries to his left shoulder and tailbone and the firm did not fight for compensation. My husband dealt with the other insurance company to get the damages for the car he was driving which was totaled. The ads are fraudulent. I regret we ever used this law firm and now have to pay off the medical bills.

They boast about what get you but they also over charge especially if you're low income in need of help. You pay for those commercials. Mark Bolton was assigned to my work comp case. He's the worst most insensitive attorney ever. He's a liar and will take your money with trumped up fees.
