I had two other attorneys refused to help me. The dogs attacked my puppy and I. This office was helpful from the start. They did everything possible to make me feel I had a case. Mike Propst was on it and awesome! Sally his paralegal was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was prompt on returning calls and getting information. I had a great experience with this firm. They took my call after hours and an attorney reached out very quickly. They offered to come to my home but I live far and just requested a phone call. We went through the details via phone and they got on my case immediately. They were communicative throughout the process and did a great job negotiating my settlement. Garret is my lawyer it’s been over a year since my accident and I’ve received no compensation. Communication has been horrible. The only ones to answer my calls are the assistant and they always have very limited knowledge/answers for me. According to them the settlement could be delayed indefinitely due to a passenger in the at fault parties vehicle refusing to respond to settlement offers. Quite the loophole. Passenger was the child of the at fault driver so no agreement equals no insurance payout equals no insurance increase.
