Mr. Reynolds and his outstanding team provide the finest in legal representation when you are going thru what may be one of the worst seasons of your life. My case was complicated by custody issues, abuse allegations and my own health issues. I was given realistic expectations at the initial consultation. Everyone Mr. Reynolds employs knows your case, so you never feel left hanging. I was kept up to date as things progressed. What sets Bud apart from other divorce lawyers include his wide knowledge of the law, his calm litigation experience, and his ability to give you the proper advice. Advice you can trust. I am an attorney practicing primarily in high conflict divorce and custody litigation. When I had the unfortuntate life experience of going through my own difficult divorce, I immediately remembered the Abraham Lincoln quote "Anyone who represents himself has a fool for a client." Although I am an expert in family law, I knew that my own emotions would prevent me from representing myself well. I chose Bud to represent me because 1) I've had many cases against him and he is a worthy opponent 2) he knows the law 3) like me, he focuses on applying the law to the facts, not "tapping in" to his clients' emotions and billing fees on emotion driven but ineffective litigation strategies and 4) I know him as a friend outside of the law and I like his character. Although he is technically one of my "competitors", if I have a conflict that presents me from representing a potential client or I am contacted by someone getting divorced in Kansas (I am not licensed in Kansas), I refer him or her to Bud.

Ex-wife felt entitled. I saw it differently. William Reynolds was referred for council. Called and briefly explained situation via voicemail. Received call back within minutes. Set up appointment for next day. Hired the man. He wrote the most well written letter to my ex-wife demanding what she was to do and THEN sent a letter to my ex-wife's attorney explaining to her how he was going to destroy her in court if she didn't advice her client to do what he demanded. This guy ROCKS!

I pray you actually read this and avoid Bud Reynolds at all costs. He doesn't care nor will he fight for your case. He is in it just for the money. All he will do is send a big income worksheet out to your ex's attorney and start clocking hours. I learned the hard way what it's like to have a push-over that is only interested in his own hours and not how you can survive your divorce. This is a life changing event and at all costs do not trust this guy to help. I swear my ex must be sending him Christmas cards. He acts like he wants to please the other attorney and not his client. You will be paying for his mistakes and it will cost you a bundle and more stress than you can imagine... Mr. Reynolds did nothing in to help me when my wife cleaned out the bank account and did not press the other attorney to get answers. There were so many things he did not do that a good attorney would have done. He did no fact checking and basically advised me to settle without knowing or caring how bad I was getting slammed. I feel like Bud Reynolds was best buddies with the other attorney on the other side...sooo wrong. You have no idea the mistake you are making by hiring Bud Reynolds. He even sent me someone else's bill in the mail with all their billing details and personal info.. They didnlt even ask for the info that was sent to me in error. You will certainly REGRET HIRING William "Bud" Reynolds
