The only thing they care about is receiving their share of any settlement or payout you receive, to that end they will court you and make everything sound so good until you sign on the dotted line. Once you do it’s as if they feel they have you locked in and no longer have to treat you like a real person. Each and every one of the dozen or so times I’ve called the persons working my case (first a woman and then a man) the person answering the phone lines tells me that that person is on the phone. Really? Still? Only the first 3 or 4 times was it believable. But okay, I leave a detailed message with my name and number and expect a return call. That’s what professionals do right? Wrong! Not Dipisquale-Moore. I left two messages over a week ago and never got a return call. I call them again today and guess what? I was told the person currently handling my case is on the phone. Seek out Brown and Crouppen to handle your accident case. I wish I had.
