I laugh at all the overwhelming TV commercials that DM law firm pushes out telling viewers/perspective clients to NOT settle for a "tiny check" from auto accidents. After a lackluster representation for my case a few years back, a tiny check is EXACTLY what DM settled for me. All those testimonials in their TV ads for $200-300k+ settlements all curiously include a small disclosure that essentially say all those "testimonials" are complete b.s. and aren't real results or actual clients. I can verify you will most likely settle for a tiny check indeed. **My Disclosure: unlike in all of DM ads, I was NOT compensated for this truthful review from my actual experience with DM representation. Do your research when hiring an attorney and perhaps ask yourself why DM advertisements never use actual high-dollar result testimonials, but paid actors.

Don't feel like I was fought for... Workmen's comp. Had people who showed up to doctors appointments and I had no one, in the settlement paperwork I didn't receive until after the hearing it showed what I was given weekly and it was 190$ less a week then I actually got through TTD. That's about it if I had to go back I'd choose a different firm. Got to the point where I was just trying to get it done. I had Hyemin and I always had to contact her.
