Trevor was hands down the most amazing attorney ive worked with, and ive had a few over the years for civil and family matters. Trevor took on my case after i had basically had my entire ordeal tossed upside down by the lwyer i originally hired for this situation. I was rather naive you could say when it came to criminal law and the first lawyer i had led me to believe it was indeed illegal and a criminal offense to drive when past the point of tired and exhausted. While admittedly not a very good idea it in truth isnt a criminal offense and i was given a dui by a LE officer that had already made his mind up i was guolty of something, so i wasnt sure what to do, i knew i hadnt taken anything and i actually dont drink at all, but like the forst lawyer told me "its your word against the officers and they always side with the officer" . So what is left to do but just do whatever you must to get the whole mess out of your life asap. i was misinformed, scared, down right angry and disgusted with the whole situation. I made the mistake of pleading guilty to a dui and basically saying I took drugs/alcohol when i in actual truth had not but definitely wasnt safe to drive i was falling asleep and could have had a dastardly outcome, and I'm thankful it didnt. However im from NC so i do not live in MO some school thats despicably overpriced had been set up for me in mo i figured they just do that to all cases and knew since i was 15hrs away id be taking a class here in NC. Well i guess not because they violated the probation i was on and i didnt even realize it because i didnt have a po or have to check in etc. Trevor went to court for me and took my case seriously and kept the warrant out of the equation and got it all dropped and probation and entire case closed for $300 . This lawyer is fair hes easy to work with he wont sugar coat it he wont lie to you and he certainly wont over charge you to make a quick buck. Theres no need to look any further! I can tell you for sure that i really wish Trevor had been the first and only lawyer id had to begin with. Id have a lot more money right now and a lot less stress overall id have gone through over this whole thing. Trevor is hands down the best.
