We live in WV and were pleased with how easy the Quinns made it to handle the probate process remotely on our aunt's estate. They were very patient with our numerous questions because of how different the process is between our two states. They were responsive and professional throughout the entire process. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a probate attorney.

I literally was on the phone call for 10 seconds. This extremely arrogant attorney interrupted me, told me how long he's been doing his job and said I didn't need guardianship, because I have POA. Never let me finish my very complicated and unique situation. I told him to have a good day and ended the call. I'll give this case to someone who cares.

My family had some question's on how to handle probate. We sent Quinn & Quinn an email requesting a call. Matthew Quinn contacted us within a couple of hours. He was able to answer our questions and give us the advice we needed to handle our dad's estate. We will definitely be hiring them in the near future. Had them handle my mom's small estate. Mathew was very helpful through the whole process. Always on top of things and there to answer all my questions.

Very unprofessional and conduct and attitude unbecoming to the legal profession. He deliberately concealed and distorted information about a family member’s estate that was currently being probated. He lied and insulted me during a telephone conversation seeking to gain understanding of how a family member’s estate was being probated. Although I had never met Quinn in person, he took it upon himself to shame and insult me, and blaming me for things of which he knew nothing. He was very demeaning in his attitude, and made it clear that he viewed me as a lesser person. I felt humiliated and ridiculed by his insulting and unprofessional demeanor. I would not recommend him for any legal matters, especially in regard to family law matters. Do yourself, your family and loved ones a favor and do not do any business with this unprofessional, demeaning person.
