I called and they helped me right away. They confidently told me the process for quiet title and first steps in doing so. They didn't try to withhold any high-level information and make me pay anything upfront. They were honest and professional and said I could even do the work myself, depending on preliminary title search. However, if I wanted them to do the work better and faster than I can, they are happy to help with reasonable fees. I'd recommend them, at least if you want someone to answer basic, high-level questions without first signing papers and paying money.
