I contacted Mr. Wells regarding my plan to build a tennis court in my backyard. We discussed potential issues regarding property planning, fence requirements and adequate insurance coverage as well as potential limitations on homeowners vs separate liability insurance. Very informative. I recommend him.

Once again, I needed the expert advice of David Wells. This time an accident with a teenage relative. I needed to take no action other than to inform my insurance. It was a relief. Mr Wells did not ask for payment but just told me where I stood. That was comfort enough. I relied on his expert knowledge in the past, present and will in the future.
