I've lived in Missouri my whole life. Not once in 8 attempts has this office chosen to help me. What's the point of asking for help, if you're disabled and low income, and they refuse each and every time? Don't waste your time trying to contact them. Look for help elsewhere.

Don't ask for help from these people because they are very much unprofessional and rude. I was trying to report my landlord however, she was talking to me like I was dumb because she said, she wasn't able to help unless you are evicted and I did my research from the past and she had a attitude saying, we no longer assist with those cases anymore. I was trying figure out why so I ask to speak with her supervisor and she said she is the supervisor but, I said who is over your head and she said I can transfer but she is not here. I was presented this offices number by someone that works for the state. The woman that answered my phone call talked to me like I was stupid and kept insisting that I have the wrong number. Seems like they do not want to help anyone. She also came off as she didn't want to let me have the opportunity to talk to someone other than her. Was incredibly defensive from the moment she answered the phone and I presented my issue.
