Chris was very professional and handles the matter swiftly. He ended up getting the ticket resolved for less than the anticipated amount and provided a refund.
The process was very pain free. Once the details were sent over, Chris and his team handled everything without my participation. I’d definitely use the service again if I got another ticket (hope not).
