Rude and unprofessional support staff
“To start the legal assistants are super rude, they get mad when u call for updates they are not helpful, there was a lot of mistakes made since the beginning with the paper work which delayed the whole process.”

“she literally told us she did not know what happened she could not explain, and then she told us that we needed to stop calling and wait until she called us, she was super rude and told us we could just get another lawyer, when we kept asking for an explanation about why it got rejected or why it said it was sent to the wrong place.”
