Worked with Tyler as my main POC. Very courteous, responsive, and helped resolve my dispute. Would recommend and use again.
I live a bit of a distance away, but never had to go in to see them. That worked out well for me, as I had a one month old puppy that needed my care alongside sharing a car with my wife.
I was never pushed to accept less, and was reassured that they would go "to bat" for me if an agreement could not be reached.

Had something come up and filled out their contact info on their website, they responded the next day saying their caseload was full and they couldn't take the case, which is fine, but afterwards I started getting calls and texts from all over the world, they sold my information to a telemarketing company. I know THEY did it because I don't give my number out for that specific reason.
