Russ and Sam are absolutely amazing! From the first phone call to the end of the case I was impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and dedication. Front desk receptionist rude and unaccommodating. Problem with my last accountant. That's why he's not my accountant anymore. Don't ask for referrals as they're not a referral service according to the receptionist! I was able to get a great referral from the Seley Harper Westhoff firm, who then, in turn, referred me to the Missouri Bar to help find the specific attorney I need. I have to train front desk workers too. We want them making a good impression on clients so they want to call back even if we couldn't help!
