If I ever find myself in need of an employment attorney, I would never call anyone else! You can be confident they will shoot you straight from the start, and get the job done.

Russ seems to be a very competent at understanding employment law and provided constructive counsel per the law. It would have been nice if he would have taken time to discuss different scenarios and possible outcomes for my situation at a senior level position versus saying, “I think you got a fair deal”. The reality is, if I didn’t push him, I would have been out over $100,000 if I accepted what his counsel on a “fair deal”. I’ve learned since my fair deal was below what others at my level typically receive in similar situations.
