I'm writing this review as a grateful father who's been through an emotional journey. Hands down, Monica Cisar Spier is the absolute best! She helped me navigate a difficult time when I couldn't be present for my daughter's birth and guided me through the lengthy process of establishing paternity. Despite the 7-week wait for the state to process my alleged father application and the additional 6-8 weeks for a paternity test to be ordered by the state. The result could have taken just as long to get back. She took swift action and filed for an immediate paternity test to expedite the process. They got down to business and took care of what I needed taken care of

Tim is an amazing attorney he was tied up on a case with me for four years. When the accusation and charge were leveled against me, I thought my life was as good as over. Tim believed me and made sure I didn't end up spending 10-15 years in prison. I didn't get the outcome that I wanted we rarely do in life, but it was WHOLE!! lot better than it could have been without an experienced attorney. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney from the job he did to his patients, and he always made sure I received an answer and an explanation for my questions.
