In our initial free consultation visit, Scott took time to answer all our questions regarding the differences in wills, trusts and beneficiary deeds, and advised us as to which estate plan was best for our situation. Scott is very professional, personable, reasonably priced and explains everything in an easy to understand manner. Kim, his administrative assistant is also very friendly and accommodating. If you need an attorney, Scott is your guy.

In 2006 my wife and I decided to create an Estate Package (Wills, Trusts, POA, Medical Directive); since then, A LOT has changed in our lives. We have had more kids, people have passed away, people have moved, and unfortunately, people do not get along. When reviewing our paperwork because of a special needs child, we found that our paperwork was very outdated and could hurt some family members the way it was drafted. We looked around for someone we could trust, who would listen, who cared about us (Yes, we are a customer, but to us, we were planning for our future, and we wanted some who cared about us as people, not just a file). Scott met with us two or three times over zoom to go over ideas, thoughts, and suggestions. He answered questions over the phone and was always there when we needed him. Since we were doing this during the pandemic in some of our zoom calls, our kids needed us – his kids needed him (it showed us Scott was a real person, a dad, and he got how important this was to us). I could not have asked for a better lawyer. I will always recommend Scott for all your Estate planning needs. Scott, we will see you in about three years!!

We recently had a family member pass away and her estate was in disarray. As the Executor, and living out of state, we didn't feel we had the knowledge to undertake all the necessary steps to resolve her estate.
