My wife met with Mr. Swisher today for a matter that she did not understand or know how to handle. Mr. Swisher very patiently explained everything and helped put her on the right path for a plan of action to accomplish the least stressful way to handle this. It's very gratifying to meet someone with the knowledge and integrity to help make knowledgeable choices.

I'm glad I inquired when I did, and didn't spend any more time than I did trying to figure out the things I needed to know related to Elder Care. I found out more in 10 minutes here than I was able to establish online and by chat with government agencies over the course of a couple of days. Mr. Swisher gave me what he qualified as a broad overview but it actually cleared up all my questions. Thanks again.

I simply called seeking information and advice regarding probate questions and concerns. Mr. Swisher called me back the same day, between his own meetings, and spent a significant amount of time with me explaining the entire process in great detail. He was empathetic to my situation, answered every question in clear and concise detail, and even offered information pertaining to my situation that I had not yet thought to ask questions about. I would 100% be hiring him as my attorney if it were applicable (given geography and other aspects I will sadly need a different attorney). I met with Michael swisher to discuss about my will preparation. Michael is so patient and helpful and gave me all insights about how a will and estate planning works. I will be planning to take Michael’s help to prepare my will. Also, Michael didn’t charge a penny and he spent at least 40 minutes to answer all my questions. If you need any help with will or estate planning michael is the person.

I met with Mr. Swisher recently after finding out my husbands estate needed to go to probate due to some stock he had. My conference with him went really well. He is a very kind and informative person who took the time to not just discuss my needs but took a vested interest in me, my situation of loosing my husband suddenly and knowing that he would be there through the process of not only the probate but also to help me in estate planning so that when and if something happens to me, my son will be taken care of. I felt comfortable with him and trust that he is working in mine and my sons best interest and that if my husband was sitting with me today handling this he would have liked the way our meeting went. I feel like with Mr. Swisher I will have a lot of stress taken off my plate during this process. I left the meeting feeling a lot more secure in my decisions and moving forward.
