Doesn't care and doesn't go to bat for you. Does the least work possible. The laziest lawyer I've ever hired. A court appointed lawyer will do more and charge less

Howard Hoyt treated and cared for us as if we were good friends. There were no misleadings and his representation for us was excellent. We highly recommend him to anyone that needs legal counsel at a fair price. Howard is no "highfalutin" lawyer. He will be honest and upfront with you.
