I would not recommend Jim at all! I paid thousands of dollars to start and prep for trial. Jim demanded additional $6000 on top of what I have already paid. I was advised on Tuesday to come up with money by that Friday. I tried to come up with it as much as possible. Next I know I was contacted by my ex’s lawyer advising that my lawyer withdrew. There was no hearing for the withdrawal. My trial is 2 days away and now I have no lawyer. Waste if money and time, and VERY unprofessional.

James Pietz helped me tremendously! He is very knowledgeable in divorce law and very hard working. He’s persistent in getting the information he needs and he’s exactly the type of attorney I want on my side. I did end up dismissing my divorce and even after the many hours of work he put in the case, he was courteous and warm towards my decision. He is highly recommended! Extremely friendly staff too!
