Todd and Kelli made my bankruptcy incredibly easy and stress free. All I had to do was hand them the information on debts and show up at a creditor's meeting (legally required) everything else was handled easily and quickly. I can't say I've ever had as great an experience with another attorney.

Todd and Kelli got me through a chapter 7 with ease! I went in a nervous wreck, but they kept me calm and got it done quickly, and seemingly easy! I would recommend Todd and his firm to everyone!

Todd was the best for my bankruptcy. He walked me through everything. Talked to me one on one more than once and treated me like I was important and had nothing to be ashamed of. As I sat in my hearing I saw people represented by attorneys that they had never met. One girls attorney didn't even inform her of all the documents she needed for the hearing and they had to postpone. I can't say enough how pleased I was through the whole process.

Todd was amazing! Very thoughtful and courteous. The fee for the kc metro area cannot be beat. Kelli, Todd's paralegal, was absolutely fantastic as well. We went to the creditor meeting and were one of the only filers who had everything in order. The process was fast and all potential complications in the case were thoroughly explained up front. This is.a small firm that only does bankruptcy, and they know their stuff inside and out. They were very accommodating, Kelli helped our kids color as we filled out paperwork. I cannot emphasize enough how pleasant our experience with Todd and Kelli was considering the circumstances.

My wife and I hired Todd in August of 2015. When my wife and I we started the Bankruptcy process I was worried that I would not understand the process or that it would be tedious. Yes, there was some paperwork on my end but Todd and Kelli (his paralegal) showed me exactly what I needed to provide to them, for the courts. My consultation was informative and he didn't rush me out of the office, all of my questions were answered even if I asked twice. Todd helped me understand the meeting of creditors and what to expect when walking into the courtroom. Todd charged a very fair price it ended up being considerably less than the other firms in town. I can tell his office takes a personal approach to helping their clients. I was able to e mail the office anytime with questions, and that was built into the original price. No hidden fees! It cost me exactly what they said. Although this can be a stressful process they were not the cause of the stress, they made me feel better. I would recommend them, and I have. Thank you Todd.
