It was extremely hard to have to declare bankruptcy. Todd and Kelli made it easier. They are professional and caring. You are not just a number. You matter, your concerns matter. I was referred to this office and found them very helpful. The staff was polite and professional and I actually worked directly with Todd (the attorney) and not handed off to an assistant like other places. His rates were good, actually less expensive than several others, and he does payment plans which help a lot. I would definitely use again and suggest to my friends.

First meeting was great, he was really nice. Once we ready to file, our case was handled by his specialist who is not an attorney. That's a little misleading to me. Todd did attend the Meeting of Creditors but that was it. Our case was simple so constant communication wasn't necessay I guess, but when I did have issues, I got no responses or minimual resolutions. Post discharge, I'm still having issues with a bottom-feeder creditor that wasn't dealt with when I filed. According to the creditor, the attorney denied representing or my attorney (or the bankruptcy specialist) never contacted the collector since the agency did not want to cooperate with me. This bankruptcy firm handles a lot a cases, I'm sure, so personal attention lacks. We got our discharge, so at the end of they day, we got what we paid for. I'm still happy for that.
