Lack of communication and responsiveness
“Called Don about a accident I had, told me he thought it was something to pursue, and could possibly see us getting some sort of settlement back for it, so I shot over all of the info I had on it and it's been over 6 months I've tried contacting via email multiple times, I've called and he said they were waiting on something and I've yet to hear back from him. The lack of communication is insane.”

“Matt seem's like he'd genuinely want to help you until he receives payment, then it's like a totally different person. Not only will it it be impossible to get into contact with him, he will show up to court 20 minutes late with little to no information regarding your case.”
