Kevin is truly a great blessing to his field. I contacted just two days shy of missing my window to apply for my opm disability retirement and I was kinda nervous about it but he went above and beyond to help me get my application submitted and on time. I hired Mr. Graham to help me deal with OPM and the MSPB board after the denials for disability retirement and the filing of my appeal. As a disabled Federal Employee, it is very hard to find anyone who even deals with these situations, let alone someone who is as great as he is. He listens, he explains in normal language, he understands the stress and will go out of his way to respond quickly, accurately and in a way that just puts you at ease and makes you feel confident that he has your back every step of the way. He is NOT one of those money hungry, arrogant guys who does not listen and just wants you to pay. Also he WILL take the case on contingency! I don't know of any other attorney who deals with MSPB that doesn't want thousands of dollars BEFORE taking your case. AMAZING! If you need help as I did, definitely call him. You will not regret it.
