Poor communication and lack of responsiveness
“Called Don about a accident I had, told me he thought it was something to pursue, and could possibly see us getting some sort of settlement back for it, so I shot over all of the info I had on it and it's been over 6 months I've tried contacting via email multiple times, I've called and he said they were waiting on something and I've yet to hear back from him. The lack of communication is insane.”

Potential for excessive fees and billing practices
“Matt seem's like he'd genuinely want to help you until he receives payment, then it's like a totally different person. Not only will it it be impossible to get into contact with him, he will show up to court 20 minutes late with little to no information regarding your case. He will also breakdown your retainer into individual bits and pieces of time including the time you use to email him information to charge for complete hours.”
