I used kelly for my divorce. She helped me through every step start to finish. She kept me well informed and on schedule with court dates, I always got a phone call to tell me how hearings went if didnt have to attend or any communications she had with oposing counsel. Kelly is well in tune with clay county court. She fought hard for me in a difficult case. And the outcome was much better than I had expected going into the proceedings. I highly recommend Kelly and have actually referred a good friend and a family member to her

Do not ever use Kelly Ruark , she is rude and very one sided and money hungry . She did things in court that I refused and did not ask for and two days before my court date she dropped me , she never calls or tells you what is going on and charges $30 a email over and over… most worthless lawyer I have had so far !! Stay away from Kelly Ruark she does not care about her clients at all . ( NOT EVEN A 1 star )

Great Attorney to work with

Kelly Ruark was appointed as the GAL to my divorce case. She was extremely unfair, rude, and difficult to communicate with. She was very one sided, she listened to my daughter’s father and step-mother during the case and refused to hear my side of the story as she had already made her decision based on their views. When a GAL is appointed to a case, they should be without bias and judgement, unfortunately this was not the case when dealing with Kelly Ruark.
