My husband and I are extremely happy with the estate plan that Brett designed for us. He was very attentive, carefully answering all questions, listened patiently, explained things thoroughly, and gathered the necessary information to customize a plan that fit our unique needs. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He always answered phone calls and e-mails promptly. We would HIGHLY recommend him as his work and work ethic are outstanding!

We finally decided it was time to get with a estate planning lawyer after putting off for years. After knowing we might need a nursing home and care in the future we decided to go with Fulkerson Elder Law LLC. We were given all the information we needed at this time and our estate plans all set up. It was a pleasure working with Brett and we look forward working with him in the future.
