Tom Allen helped me with a parenting plan modification. You can immediately tell he's very smart, and knows what he's doing. He is kind, gentle, and funny, but knows how to convey to you realistic expectations. Great at communication, very thorough, thoughtful about my situation. You can tell he really wants to do what's best for you as quickly, affordably, and peacefully as possible. He will do whatever it takes for you, but gives you options and lays out reality very succinctly. Luckily in my situation it didn't have to get ugly, but I could tell that if there needed to be a court battle, he'd be the relentless shark I'd need. He's an all-around great guy, awesome lawyer, and I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.

Quite simply, Mark Allen is the best there is at what he does. In working with Mark the last couple of years I have had many people tell me "You hired the best attorney money can get." Those people are/were not wrong. My case and situation has been Lifetime Moviesque. The whole process was extremely tricky and hard to navigate. Mark was able to collect and lay out all the facts in such a way the court's judgment was very clear. My children and I could not be happier to have Mark by our side. With Mark in our corner we are confident that we will be very well represented, but we also feel a great sense of protection as the judicial process plays out.
