Dan seems to be a thief. Our family paid him $3,000 and it has been 3 weeks since we have heard from him. He has not returned phone calls and his office address is fake. Went to the building and there is a sign on the locked door that reads “Daniel Rork no longer has an office in this building.” The neighboring office staff stated several times a week ppl stop by to ask for Dan but he has not been there for a while, no new office address, no valid phone number. He had one conversation about representation and we have not heard about his plan since.

Scam artist of an attorney

I started chatting with Dan through messenger. He asked what my case was about and who it involved, and that was the last I heard out of him. I had messaged him and asked when's a good time to call him, and never got a response.
