Poor communication and responsiveness
“Communication skills are awful, if you even get him to respond to you. I emailed him once a week, every Friday asking for 30 seconds of his time to answer a question. Never received a response. Called him every two weeks and left a voice message asking for the same 30 seconds to answer one question. Received no response.”

Took advantage of client
“Took advantage of my I think he is crooked or just not very smart. I gave him all the evidence to prove my case and he didn't use a bit of it . he cost us every bit of our savings 20000 plus he gets rich and I got nothing.”

Unhelpful for clients with limited means
“Not very helpful was nice in person but not very much on phone and can't help people that don't make much Money”
