Failed to give me their actual intentions. I answered a few questions after I had done my jury duty and months later given an ultimatum to either sign an affidavit on my statements or show up on said date with the subpoena I was actually never handed in person. Very shady and not reputable. Would not recommend period.

Bill was amazing. All I had to do was schedule a meeting online, I got a call back the next day, scheduled my call within the week and had all my anxiety-filled questions answered. No need to call the office as their online response is quick! I am not from Kansas City, Bill was honest about what he did not know about my states’ common practice, turns out USCIS is pretty universal; at least within a region. I really enjoyed this experience!

Bill continues to provide one of the best experiences of professional services I have experienced. He provides very quick, concise and timely responses that answer your questions the first time. He is working with me on my immigration (K1) case and guided us in putting a package together that got approved the first time with no additional requests for evidence! I got myself into a bit of a mess and really needed my side of the story to be shared. It was a traffic mishap and I felt that there was more to the story than the “black and white” of it. Bill asked me many questions, listened to my story and background, then represented me in that arena that holds all the control over my situation and did so professionally and empathetically. What in black and white seemed insurmountable proved very possible and we came out with what I believed seemed like the impossible verdict.
