My husband and I have used the services of Barlow and Niffen, specifically Mr. Barlow on a couple of occasions and we have always been 100% satisfied with the service we have received. Mr. Barlow is always honest and upfront with what is expected of us and what the outcome could be. Bill Niffen is an attorney whom i came to know through another attorney whom have once helped me. The first time I started this paper work with him, I was kind of nervous because of what I thought was too slow. I needed this document processed on time but it wasn't coming up fast enough. The reason being that he want to be thorough , void of any form of error. In the process another issue came up, I informed him at about 8 am and by noon the issue was resolved. He handled all his job diligently. He is a result oriented attorney whom I am very well pleased.

Mr Barlow represented my wife and I in our bankruptcy case. While a difficult and at times emotional life-lesson, Mr Barlow really made it as smooth as possible. He was honest about the process and insisted that we be honest as well. He was firm about the rules and if you’ve gotten yourself into a position where filing for bankruptcy is what you need to do, firm rules are a necessity. He explained the process the whole way through; we never felt like we were in the dark about what was going on or felt blindsided by paperwork we received. If you have to file for bankruptcy, you really need someone like this to guide you through the process. If we needed a lawyer in the KC area in the future, their firm is who we would call.

Mr. Niffen was fantastic. Once he had all the info on my situation he created and explained his process to resolve my situation. I had put myself in quite the spot and thought his plan was a long shot but hey he's the laywer and I am not. Everything was done exactly as he told me much to my surprise. He surpassed my expectations by miles. Mr. Niffen was worth every penny spent and more. He was honest, straightforward, and driven to resolve my legal issues. I was shopping for a lawyer to handle a personal matter. After consulting with a few lawyers, I decided to use Barlow & Niffen's services. Dave Barlow is professional, knowledgeable, and has a lot of experience. He walked me through the whole process and explained very well all the scenarios' outcomes. We achieved brilliantly the goals that we set at the beginning. What I liked the most from his practice is that he values his clients and wants the best case scenario for the clients. He is very fast in responding to email inquiries. I was pleased with the service that I received from him and his team. I would highly recommend him to my friends and anybody who needs help in personal injury, auto accidents, worker's compensation, immigration, traffic, and bankruptcy cases.

Bill Niffen was SO amazing to us. He is knowledgeable and caring. He took all the time in the world to listen to us and review our concerns. We left his office with all the information needed. Also, he has been very available to us in questions and concerns. I couldn't be happier to have found Mr. Niffen! HIGHLY recommended. UPDATED: I also got in touch with Dave Barlow thanks to Bill, on a different situation for my mother. He was extremely efficient. He contacted me within 5 minutes of sending a note through their website. He called me that same afternoon and listened to her situation. Mr. Barlow provided me with a lot of information and offered a solution for now that wouldn't bring him any money - I sincerely appreciate his honesty. If we decide to go with the plan B, we'll be sure to hire him. This law firm is simply amazing! Very ethical - and their reviews reflect just how awesome they are.

Bill Niffen was is a great lawyer i'd recommend him he's a great person he helped us out in everything and explained every step of the way and was always answering my questions so i wouldnt of picked an different lawyer Bill thanks for everything.

Dave was awesome. I would recommend this office to anyone! He was always there to answer any questions I had and he always replied right back. I never had to wait hours or days for a reply.no matter how tedious of a question may have been, he was always very polite and explained things where I could understand the lawyer lingo.
