When other law firms give up or barely try in the first place Roger Driskill hits back! I had been trying for close to 8 years to win my disability. Mr. Driskill wrote a brilliant brief to Social Security. I finally won! I wish I had seen him first. He always treated me with dignity and respect. Even calling me on Saturdays to discuss my case. Other attorneys NEVER did that! I finally felt seen! Everyone at his office was very kind. Andrea Wehner was my other attorney there. She was wonderful too! This law firm wins the hardest cases!! If I could give no stars I would. I’m 29 years old and I have a lot of health problems that I am being treated for. Fibromyalgia,migraine disorder, diabetes, non epilepsy, anxiety and depression. Every day I am in pain. I reach out to this company to get some help for disability you wouldn’t believe the receptionist feedback. She said no lawyer there will work with me because of my age. She said they will not approve me for disability due to my age. That is a Discrimination regardless of my age I’m suffering everyday physically. So I did my own research and called other disability lawyers turns out my age doesn’t matter as long as I’m seeing my pcp normally and being treated for these disabilities I have a case.
