Honestly, we’re in desperate situations when looking for a lawyer, aren’t we?? When my LTD was denied after 5 years, my life was shaken!!! When I turned to Burnett Driscoll, I had the good fortune of speaking to Kyle Sciolaro right away. I absolutely highly recommend him! From the 1st handshake to submitting my appeal, Mr Sciolaro has been friendly, prompt and most importantly, brilliant!!! I’ve placed this life altering situation in his hands with complete trust. Just more proof to validate my mistrust in lawyers. Quick interview on the phone and I'm left with the honest belief that lawyers don't exist to help people that actually need the help, they exist to make money off those that have a slam dunk case and could take care of the matter themselves if they tried. It really makes me feel as if lawyers take easy cases and unnecessarily drag them out as long as possible to justify getting the biggest fee they can while doing the least they can. No thanks I will continue my search for the rare person that actually learmed about our laws so they could help people. Instead of allowing me to make an appointment so I could speak with an attorney in person and show them my medical records, I was interviewed by a screener who put me on hold for a couple minutes and then came back on the phone with an explanation as lame as the SSA gives when they deny people. I suggest you end your highly impersonal practice of screening people on the phone because it shows you have no respect for people who call for help and apparently are unworthy of your acknowledgement let alone help. I have no time for attorneys that have no time to at least show real interest and concern for other human beings until after those people prove conclusively they are someone who can make the firm money.

We used them for my ex-husbands disability case. Had a lawyer that did absolutely nothing then quit right before our hearing. But, Mr. Driskill took over our case and was very helpful and friendly, made us feel better about our experience.
