I was referred to Burnett&Driskill from my RA doc. Due to various health issues, each interaction takes longer than normal. At no time, did I ever feel rushed or like they were not listening. Normally, when I start discussing my issues, it becomes about them and their issues. I are currently working with Kyle as were referred to him from Andrew. He is always quick to respond and has continued the excellent service we received from Andrew. Highly recommend them for your disability issues.

This is a great Law firm.I worked with Andrew Piechocki. My attorney was extremely knowledgeable. He helped me prepare for my hearing and what to expect. He did not give me false hope, but made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen. I think their clients should understand all the work that goes on behind the scenes to give us a favorable decision. Great law firms are made up of great attorneys!!! Thank you for all the help. When I first went here (about 5 years ago) I found everyone to be very nice and they helped me get my disability. But when I went in to be told I was approved the staff member I spoke to kept insisting I try to get disability to go back farther with my pay. I told him 3 times I didn't want to I just appreciated getting what I did and he still pressured me into trying to go for more back pay until I agreed. Then a month later when they wanted me to come in to practice for court someone different spoke to me and told me if I go through with it I could loose my disability all together and would have to give the money back. So again I said I didn't want to and he was ok with that. Then they slapped me with a bill for $500 for the last month that I didn't want to do. It was very frustrating.

Driskill himself hung up on me. Very rude. Lost paperwork. I was denied for 8 months and they never notified me or even tried to fight it. Absolute mess. Horrible experience. Waste of my time and still never got to fight for my disability

Mr. Driskill and Mr. Sciolaro were so caring and thoroughly helpful in a process that is so stressful. I would recommend them to anyone needing help in disability law.

I was referred to Burnett an Driskill by another Lawyer that I had previously used and I could not be more happy that I was referred to them. I have been dealing with a short term disability claim that had been denied after being approved since April and I felt at a complete loss, not knowing what to do or if I even had a chance to get this problem fixed. I reached out to Burnett and Driskill and spoke with the attorney Kyle Sciolaro, he spoke with my for 45 minutes on the phone, advised what I should do and even made the point to email me and continued to stay in touch until the claim was finally approved today. We never had to pursue any legal actions though he really gave me a peace of mind and made me feel that I had support.
