Didn’t return calls, showed up late for appointments. They blamed us for climbing up their stairs yet failed to inform us of their accessibility entrance. Left us sitting on the staircase waiting for them. Did little to nothing to represent the elder. Left the elder in tears Took the money. Hurt us to the core.
